Returns

No cash refunds — store credit only. A piece bought from us may be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase, unworn and in its original condition, with the original receipt. Returns and exchanges are made in the store (7884 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles) and must be approved by Arman Jewelers management.

Exchanges

Exchange within the same 7 days, with the original receipt, for another piece or size. A higher price is paid in the store; a lower one becomes store credit.

Special orders

Special orders — anything ordered for you, custom made, or altered at your request (including Build Your Ring orders, engraving and resizing) — cannot be returned or exchanged.

Also not returnable

• Pierced earrings, for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
• Gold and silver bullion, coins and other items priced from the daily market.
• Watch batteries and repair services.

Returned checks

A $25 charge applies to every returned check.

Faulty pieces

All merchandise is covered by the manufacturer's warranty. If something is wrong with a piece, bring it in — see our Warranty.

Cleaning and inspection

We clean and inspect your jewelry free of charge, and recommend having it done at least twice a year.

Sizing

Rings bought from us can be resized at our bench, usually in under 30 minutes. Ask in the store for the price.
