Limited warranty on workmanship

Arman Jewelers warrants jewelry sold by us, and repairs done at our bench, against defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from purchase. If a clasp, solder joint, prong or setting we made or repaired fails with normal wear during that time, we repair it free of charge, or replace the piece if it cannot be repaired.

Free aftercare for pieces bought here

Cleaning and inspection for as long as you own the piece. Ask in the store about other aftercare.

What the warranty does not cover

• Damage from accidents, misuse, impact, chemicals (chlorine, cleaners) or normal wear of plating and finishes.
• Lost stones when the piece has not been inspected by us in the last 6 months.
• Repairs or alterations made by anyone else.
• Watches and watch movements, which carry the manufacturer's warranty.

How to use it

Bring the piece and your receipt to the store. We inspect it and tell you what we will do before any work starts.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights; you may also have other rights under Illinois law.
